I can't stress it enough, but real estate matters should be in writing. The earnest money contract or the builder's contract is a very, very important part of the real estate process. Once you sign, your rights and responsibilities are etched in stone (for the most part).

Many times, almost every time, someone signs the contract or closing documents, and they sign without knowing what they are signing.

When signing real estate documents, you either already know what you are signing due to your extensive experience in real estate, or you should have an attorney explain to you what you are signing. But I can't stress it enough - know what you are signing before you sign.

We offer consultations regarding a vast array of real estate matters, including, but not limited to:

  • Closings
  • Construction of home
  • Construction of office
  • Foreclosures
  • Leases
  • Liens
  • Lender financing
  • Owner financing
  • Purchases
  • Sales

There is a fee for consultations, but it is money well spent. The little you spend now may save you thousands later. At the minimum, one walks away with a greater awareness and knowledge of the importance of documenting real estate matters.
